Korea University of Technology and Education, Early Employment Contract Department Participating Company Receives Minister of Education Award

Korea University of Technology and Education (hereinafter referred to as the “KPU”) announced on the 18th that Naviworks Co., Ltd., a company participating in the early employment contract department program at the university, received the Minister of Education Award in recognition of its contribution to the development of the Ministry of Education’s “Early Employment Contract Department Leading University Development Project” recommended by KPU.

Naviworks Co., Ltd. has been leading the way in fostering excellent talent by participating in the “Early Employment Contract Department Leading University Development Project” since the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s work-study parallel program pilot project in 2012, and is also a KPU family company as an excellent company in industry-academia cooperation.

Naviworks Co., Ltd. is a digital transformation company based on cloud, artificial intelligence (AI), and XR (XR), and is leading the construction of major infrastructure in smart cities such as defense weapon systems, advancement of virtual augmented training solutions, digital healthcare, and smart cultural tourism.

Meanwhile, the early employment contract department program is an education system where students are hired by participating companies at the same time as they enter university, and can obtain a four-year bachelor’s degree in three years while working and studying simultaneously.

Sangi University is currently recruiting new students for the 2021 academic year's early employment-type contract department, and additional applications will be accepted from February 22 to 24. Companies wishing to participate in the regular additional admissions can sign an agreement by February 5.
