Won Jun-hee (53), CEO of Naviworks, whom we met at the Naviworks headquarters in Gwanyang-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang-si on the morning of the 20th, said, "Technology that is the right way will change the world for the better," and added, "To this end, we will nurture talent and transform into a global smart company that leads customers' software innovation."

Naviworks is devoting its heart and soul to nurturing talent. This is because technical talents are of great help in changing the world and developing the company. Since its establishment in 2000, the company has set this management philosophy as its goal and has been consistently committed to nurturing talent. Won Jun-hee said, "IT companies are operated with the goal of benefiting the world. The company should put effort into nurturing talent," and added, "For a company to develop, it must have good talent. We must create an environment where good talents can learn while working, breaking free from social stereotypes and prejudices."

Accordingly, Naviworks employs a high proportion of young workers every year, recruiting new high school and college graduates. In particular, it supports employees who are currently employed to save up money by utilizing the Youth Tomorrow Savings System, and additionally utilizes the Employee Tomorrow Savings System so that excellent employees can help them financially and stay with the company for a long time.
